* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within UAE and availability of the products in Yehlo’s Dubai Warehouse.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Damages:

https://www.yehloglobal.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy:

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item.

Exchanges:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@yehloglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping:

After you’ve submitted a return request to support@yehloglobal.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
